No. Our delivery centre is based in India, but we work on mandates for clients across geographies, sourcing candidates domestically and internationally as the role requires.
If a placement doesn't work out within three months of the start date, we return to sourcing for that role at no additional fee, and check in monthly during that window regardless.
A role title, seniority level, location and a short description of the team is enough to start sourcing. We'll follow up with any clarifying questions before candidates are approached.
